The demands.

These are the radical demands. They are not radical. Every working city in the world already has them. We will not stop until they are ordinary here.

Demand 01
A dedicated bus lane on every two-lane road. No exceptions.
Demand 02
A bus every ten minutes. Every line. 24/7.
Demand 03
Protected bike paths to every public school. Sidewalks on every street. Maintained.

Tactics.

Easy ways to participate. Things you may already be doing — some by accident, some on purpose. All of them work. None of them are illegal. You will not be caught. You will just be driving.

Tactic 01
Obey the speed limit. Exactly. In the left lane. Cruise control on.
Tactic 02
Merge the second you see the orange sign. Half a mile early counts as polite.
Tactic 03
Stop fully at every stop sign. Look both ways. Look again. Mouth the numbers if you must.
Tactic 04
Tap your brakes on the freeway. For no reason. Watch the wave ripple back for miles.
Tactic 05
Wait a full second after the light turns green. Phones happen. Let the people behind you remember they have one.
Tactic 06
Wave four cars in at the merge. Let zero cars in behind you. Smile.
